The primary geographic focus of our practice and area of expertise for sellers covers Grafton County, New Hampshire and Windsor and Southern Orange Counties in Vermont, although for some loyal clients we have roamed as far north as Jeffersonville, VT and as far to the south as the Lake Sunapee/New London area. As a licensed broker in both New Hampshire and Vermont, Rick has successfully worked on over 500 closed transactions and $400 million in Upper Valley properties.
